Tim Doherty manages the Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app and was a key leader in the launch of On-the-Go mobile ordering this year. Tim also led various third party integration projects, including loyalty and analytics tools and SDKs, helping him bring a multi-faceted viewpoint to the company’s digital strategy. In 2015, Tim brought new capabilities to the Dunkin’ Donuts tech platform, spearheading integrations with mobile wallets and sports team loyalty programs. Tim’s background is in restaurant marketing systems, and he continually looks for ways to create elegant customer experience through technology, while driving business value.

Jordy Patano | Digital Marketing Manager | Pita Pit

Jordy Patano currently serves as Digital Marketing Manager for Pita Pit USA overseeing a broad array of marketing programs – from the Pit Card loyalty program to mobile/digital strategy and execution. She graduated from Emory University in 2010 and jumped into public relations and social media, working for No Limit Agency in both Atlanta and Chicago. At No Limit, Jordy was focused on creating and implementing the PR, social and digital marketing strategies for nearly 50 franchise brands across multiple industries. At Pita Pit, she knows the vital importance of modern technology in connecting the Pita Pit brand digitally to the Pita Pit customer.

Matthew Townsend | Program Manager – Strategy and New Bus. Dev | HealthTrust

Matthew brings 20 years of retail experience to the mobile industry for such brands as Tractor Supply Company, Haggar Clothing, Lucchese Boots, and Joe Boxer. His primary focus includes customer facing mobile experiences from mobile commerce, mobile point of sale, and mobile application strategy. Building experience from the ground up has provided Matthew with the knowledge of what not to do and can offer numerous lessons learned to make your mobile integration successful.

Kevin Sanders | CMO |

Kevin Sanders recently joined as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, he was VP of Brand Marketing at Pita Pit, a 230+ unit chain of fast casual restaurants based in Coeur d’Alene Idaho where he oversaw all national and local marketing initiatives for the brand, including advertising, social media, public relations, loyalty, online ordering and mobile marketing. Previously, Kevin worked in the footwear and apparel industry at Timberland where he led global brand management for Timberland’s Outdoor Performance division. In that role, he was responsible for refining the brand’s positioning and ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presentation throughout the world.
