Lessons Learned from the Launch of Walmart Pay in 4,600 Stores

With more customers using their mobile phones to make shopping in stores easier, it’s no surprise that the world’s largest retailer saw an opportunity to make its customers’ shopping experiences even more seamless. This June, the company rolled out Walmart Pay, Walmart’s proprietary mobile payments feature, to its entire fleet of more than 4,600 U.S. stores. In this session, Daniel Eckert, SVP of Walmart Services will discuss what customer behaviors informed the development of Walmart Pay, share preliminary trends and touch on what’s next.
